quick business tips

What is the best way to identify individuals on my team that are really serious about becoming successful with the wowgreen business opportunity?

Who is taking action?
You want to support all of those members that become part of your team. However, you will notice certain individuals that will stand out from the crowd by the actions they take. They don't just talk-the-talk, they walk-the-walk. These individuals will become your key leaders in the field and it is important that you concentrate a majority of your support efforts to help these individuals. Doing so will empower them with their own team members and your business will become strong.

Who is getting results?
Those individuals that step up as leaders in your organization are usually very proactive in their efforts and typically display results early on.

Who is constantly communicating with you?
Your leaders will mostly likely be contacting you almost daily. They will be asking a lot of questions, bringing strategic ideas to you, letting you know what their plan of attack is, etc. You'll notice these individuals are quick to return any missed communication from you. Pay special attention to these people...they are your leaders in the field!

Who is often purchasing wowgreen products and/or training tools?
These individuals will often keep a stockpile of product and training materials on hand to get their newest members off to a fast start. Keep an eye open for product movement to help point your leaders out.

Who is going attending events and functions?
All serious builders will participate in regional and national events and will almost never miss a training or organizational call. These individuals realize that we are in a business with OTHERS and it takes a TEAM to truly become successful in this industry. Watch for those distributors that you see often at events, hear on conference calls, etc. Encourage all your team members to do the same.

Why can't the person that sponsored me (or someone above me in the tree) place new members in BOTH of my tree legs?

This is not a lottery.
Building a successful networking business takes effort just like everything else in life. Each member must contribute to the whole for everyone to succeed. Dependent upon your placement, you may be fortunate enough to have members in your upline tree place new members in one of your legs (spillover in a common leg). However, you should NOT expect this and plan to roll your sleeves up and build both of your legs.

A large common leg motivates people!
By creating a common leg that many are contributing to (NOT sponsoring in both of a downline's legs) creates great momentum as others see the spillover in the common leg, it gives them the incentive to build their inner leg ....primarily because they are losing money!

What can I do to help new team members experience success?

Educate yourself.
Strive to become a " wowgreen expert" by familiarizing yourself with all the aspects of the business. This includes the products, the philosophy, the science and business-building techniques. This will allow you to properly answer questions when new members pose them to you. Remember: You are most likely the first person they will look to when they have a question. By investing your time and effort into developing your knowledge of wowgreen and this industry, you will instill a confidence in your team members when they talk with you.

Reach out to your team members.
You can never hear this phrase enough: This business is about relationships. Be proactive in contacting your team and keeping them connected with you. Forward relevant email and news that you feel will be of interest to them or help them grow personally. Hold conference calls for your team members so everyone can connect and get involved on a regular basis. Remember: People want to be part of a TEAM...not build this by themselves. Help keep the team together and you will form strong friendships and a deep loyalty from those that are on this journey with you.

Get your team members started right.
The idea of a "system" is to take some of the pressure off yourself and allow your new team members an entity to plug into to gain some basic knowledge about building a business. UTILIZE THESE RESOURCES. Make sure your members know about this website so they can educate themselves, just as you are doing now. Imagine the power of having knowledgeable leaders in your business that take the initiative and can bring in others to easily duplicate successful business-building efforts. It is what you want to happen. It is what will bring you the financial freedom as your business takes on a life of its own and grows out of control beyond your efforts. Just make sure everyone plugs in to the solid foundation!
