i need to get another opinion

This statement can easily come up in a conversation with a prospect. It is logical for someone to want to get the opinion of someone they know and trust about the opportunity you are presenting them.

Here is the main hurdle to overcome: They are not going to be able to present the opportunity to their trusted friend the way you have presented to them. They will forget to include details, be unable to answer questions, etc. It is extremely important you educate your prospect as much as possible that if they want someone else's opinion, then that someone should receive the same presentation they just received by a knowledgeable rep (you).

Here are some great points to bring up.

Consider the fact that many intelligent and experienced people (many of whom have made millions) stay in this industry. Why? Because they know things that those who have yet to do the research have yet to discover for themselves.

MILLIONS of people are gravitating toward the network marketing industry annually in the United States alone. This indicates a mass con consensus that there truly is opportunity available to those that participate.

Take a look at other countries that previously outlawed the networking business model. They have come to realize that this industry brings in billions of dollars annually and have made this industry legal so they too can participate in the revenue generated by companies in this arena.

The networking industry is the only business that an individual can get involved in with a minimal cash outlay and be on an equal playing field with major companies.

No one can determine what an individual is worth, and that is one of the many pluses of this industry. It allows someone the possibility of surpassing any wage that a company would ever pay an employee. If you're willing to work, you have the potential to out-earn any job opportunity and be in control of your own schedule. There are very few business models that offer this structure.

Explain to your prospect that if they want someone else's opinion, be sure they investigate the business in its entirety so their advice is backed up by FACTS rather than perception. Have them invite their friend to see everything you have shared with them. And don't forget to remind them that the longer they take to make a decision to sign-up can affect their position in the tree.

Is this an MLM?
Is this a Pyramid?
I'm not a sales person.
I need to get another opinion.
I know someone who lost money doing this
I don't have the time for it right now
