80/20 rule Spend Time With New Prospects or Existing Team Members?
When you first start building your business, you want to spend 80% of your time sponsoring and 20% managing your business.  As your business becomes more secure, you will reverse this schedule and spend more time with those already in your group.

Let your group know you are available for any assistance that you can provide to your group, such as being available to help with one-on-one presentations, 3–way calls and webinars. Do not wait for your down-line to ask; tell them when you are available so you can be directly involved in helping them with their prospects. When you receive calls while unavailable, make returning them a priority.
